When placing an order, you are making a purchase offer, subject to acceptance by us. Receipt of an order confirmation does not confirm acceptance, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We may accept, decline, or cancel your order, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Additional verifications or information may be required before accepting an order. For purchases, accurate recipient information is essential.
Terms and Conditions Highlights:

- Indicative Arrangements: Flower arrangements displayed are indicative, and we strive to exceed expectations. Actual arrangements may vary due to flower availability and other factors beyond our control.
- Substitute Policy: If ordered items are unavailable, we will substitute with similar items of equal value, ensuring full or higher value for customers.
- Freshly Baked Cakes: Freshly baked cakes are available after 9:30 AM. Delivery before this time is not advised.
- Delivery Guarantee: While we guarantee delivery on the date, we do not guarantee a specific time. We make efforts to deliver within the specified time but do not assure it.
- Order Processing: Orders without a specified delivery date will be processed within 48 hours.
- Quality Complaints: Any quality complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Redelivery or refunds may be offered, at the discretion of the site owner.
- Order Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date, with an 8% deduction for transaction fees.
- Unavailability at Delivery: If the recipient is unavailable, we will consider the order delivered. Attempts to contact the recipient will be made before delivery.
- Late Orders: Orders received after 6 PM IST are usually processed as next-day orders, but efforts will be made for same-day delivery.
- Delivery Charges: Prices include free delivery within city limits. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside city limits.
- MRP Limited Items: Prices for items subject to MRP limitations include service, delivery, and online transaction costs. Distribution costs are not shown separately.
- Right of Refusal: Cakefizz.com reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason, with a full refund to the customer.
- Force Majeure: Delivery may not be possible under certain extreme conditions. Customers have the right to cancel and receive a full refund if gift items are not prepared.
- Logo/Trademark Ownership: Logos/trademarks belong to respective companies, and the product being sold on the site is not endorsed by the companies.
- Claims and Refunds: Claims for a 100% refund must be raised within 24 hours of delivery/non-delivery.
- Order Rejection: The site owners reserve the right to reject any order without explanation.
- Jurisdiction: All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the local court in Bhopal, MP.
- Octroi Charges: Recipients are responsible for paying applicable Octroi charges.
